For Professionals (Doctors, Dentists, ... etc.): • Copy of National ID • Copy of Taxation Card • Bank statement for the last 6 months OR tax returns for the last 3 years OR financial statements for the last 3 years certified by an external auditor registered with the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) • License to practice profession or syndicate membership card. Property documents for the unit to be purchased will be required based on the property type and location. Additional documents may be requested on a case-by-case basis.
